Our set-up fee includes the following services:

- Deposit Registration: Secure protection of the deposit with a government approved custodial scheme (TDS).
- Tenancy Agreement Preparation: A fully compliant tenancy agreement.

Fully Managed Service
For an all‑encompassing, hands‑off approach, our Fully Managed service provides complete peace of mind. This is our most popular option across Surrey and London.
This service includes full oversight of all Renters’ Rights Act obligations, updated documentation, and ongoing compliance management, ensuring you remain protected throughout the tenancy without the administrative burden.

Rent Collection Service
If you prefer to handle day‑to‑day maintenance and tenant management yourself but would like us to take care of rent collection and arrears handling, this service is ideal. We ensure payments are monitored, chased, and recorded in line with current legislation.
Introduction Service
We no longer offer an Introduction Only service. With the Renters’ Rights Act introducing stricter compliance duties, enhanced evidential requirements, and more complex possession procedures, self management now carries significantly higher risk.
